By using the facilities and services provided by PLAYTIME PADEL CLUB, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Facility Usage: Users of Playtime Padel Club facilities must follow all club rules, safety guidelines, and instructions provided by club staff. Users are responsible for any damage caused to club property or facilities due to negligence or misconduct.

Booking and Cancellation: Court reservations can be made in advance and are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance to avoid charges. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to fees or loss of court privileges.

Coaching and Lessons: Coaching and lessons at Playtime Padel Club are provided by club-approved coaches only. Users must adhere to club policies and schedule lessons through the club's designated channels. Private coaching from non-club approved coaches is not permitted.

Safety and Liability: Users are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution while using club facilities. Playtime Padel is insured but users are strongly encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage.

Privacy: Playtime Padel Club respects your privacy and will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By using the club's facilities and services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for club-related purposes only.

Changes and Amendments: Playtime Padel Club reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of users to review the most current version of the terms and conditions on the club's website or at the club premises.

Termination: Playtime Padel Club reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to club facilities and services for violations of club rules or behaviour deemed inappropriate by the club management, without refund or compensation.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Playtime Padel Club is located, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
